Indivia scarola ascolana – Selezione professionale di scarola per produzione estiva/autunnale. Il cespo è pesante, uniforme, con foglie larghe, carnose e coste bianche e croccanti. Si semina da metà Aprile a metà Agosto, distanziando le piante a cm 40 x 25. Matura dopo 50-60 giorni dalla semina. L’imbianchimento del cespo viene effettuato legando con un elastico la pianta 5-8 giorni prima della raccolta.

Sow from mid-April to mid-August spacing the plants at distances of 40 x 25 cm. Ripens 1 1/2 – 2 months after sowing. Tie the head back with elastic 8 – 10 days before harvesting to blanche.
