Salvia – Pianta cespugliosa di consistenza erbacea con rami legnosi alla base. Le foglie sono argentee e molto odorose, è una delle più comuni erbe aromatiche coltivate. Viene impiegata in cucina come aromatizzante utilizzandone le foglie. Se ne consiglia il trapianto da Maggio a Giugno alla distanza di cm. 60 tra le file e cm. 15 sulla fila.

Sage – Herbaceous consistency bushy plant with woody branches at base. The leaves are silvery and highly fragrant; it is one of the most commonly grown of all herbs. The leaves are used in cooking to add flavour. For best results transplant from May to June, leaving 60 cm between rows and 15 cm between plants along the row.
