RAMOLACCIO NERO TONDO D’INVERNO

Ramolaccio Nero tondo d’inverno – Noto anche come “rafano” è una specie erbacea con radice rotonda a forma di trottola, buccia di colore nero, polpa bianca tenera e croccante di sapore piccante. Si semina in estate in pieno campo a file distanti cm 25 fra loro e cm 20 sulla fila. La raccolta inizia ad ottobre e si protrae per tutto l’inverno.

Black radish Round black in winter – Also known as horseradish, it is a herbaceous species with a round top-shaped root, black skin, tender and crisp white pulp with a hot flavour. Sow in the summer in the open field in rows 25 cm apart and with 20 cm between plants along the row. The harvest starts in October and lasts all through the winter.
