Pomodoro Scatolone 3 – Pianta di tipo indeterminato (che necessita quindi di sostegni) e che produce un pomodoro allungato di grande pezzatura. A maturazione il frutto è di un bel colore intenso e vuoto internamente. Particolarmente indicato per gustose insalate nelle quali è molto apprezzato per l’ottimo sapore e la gradevole consistenza della polpa. Si consiglia la semina in semenzaio da Gennaio ad Aprile avendo cura di trapiantare in Febbraio-Aprile ad una distanza di cm. 100 fra le file e cm. 40 sulla fila; oppure direttamente in pieno campo, da Marzo ai primi di Maggio, con le stesse modalità. La raccolta inizia dopo circa 3 mesi dal trapianto.

Tomato Scatolone 3 – Undetermined type plant (and therefore requires support) that produces large elongated tomatoes. When ripe the fruit is a bright colour and empty inside. Ideal for tasty salads, in which it is highly appreciated on account of the excellent flavour and pleasant texture of the pulp. For best results, sow in seedbed from January to April, taking care to transplant in February – April time, leaving 100 cm between rows and 40 cm along the row; or directly in the open field, from March to early May, in the same way. Harvest starts about 3 months after transplant.
