PISELLO DOLCE GIGANTE SVIZZERO CAROUBY G.100

Pisello dolce gigante svizzero Cariuby – Varietà rampicante. Pianta vigorosa che produce baccelli verde chiaro, appiattiti e leggermente ricurvi, lunghi 10-11 cm. e che contengono 6-8 ovuli. La coltivazione è la stessa dei piselli tradizionali quindi si semina preferibilmente in autunno/inverno al Centro-Sud, mentre da fine inverno e per tutta la primavera al nord. Le buche disteranno 4 cm. l’una dall’altra, mentre le file saranno a 80 cm. tra di loro. Il baccello non presenta fibrosità, e si consuma interamente senza sgusciarlo.

Swiss giant sugar pea Carouby – Vigorous plant that produces light green, flat, slightly curved pods 10 -11 cm long and containing 6-8 peas. Grown the same way as conventional peas and therefore to be sown in autumn/winter in central and southern Italy and late winter and throughout the spring in the north. Holes should be 4 cm apart, with 80 cm between rows. The pod is stringless and can be eaten whole without shelling.
