Pastinaca Dugi bijeli – Pianta medio-precoce, con foglie di colore verde molto intenso. La radice bianca di media lunghezza è molto tenera e gustosa. Viene utilizzata cruda in insalata o cotta come sostitutivo delle patate.

Parsnip Dugi bijeli – Mid-early. The white cylindrical root is medium sized, tender and tasty and the plant has intense green leaves. Used traditionally roasted in the oven with potatoes.
