Indivia scarola gigante degli ortolani – Pianta rustica, vigorosa, a portamento semi-eretto, a coste ampie e croccanti; il fogliame presenta una bella colorazione verde brillante. Il cuore, autoimbiancante, è composto da un elevato numero di foglioline, è molto serrato e di un bel colore dorato. Si semina o trapianta da giugno ad agosto in pieno campo alla distanza di cm 40 tra le file e 30 sulle file.

Escarole endive gigante degli ortolani – Hardy, vigorous, semi-upright plant with broad, crisp midrib and bright green foliage. The self-blanching heart is a mass of small tightly packed leaves and has a nice golden colour. Sow or transplant from June to August in open field rows 40 cm apart and with distances of 30 cm along the rows.
