FINOCCHIO ROMANESCO

Finocchio – Romanesco – Particolarmente conosciuto per il suo grumolo grosso, rotondo e compatto di un bel colore bianco latte. La pianta ha un portamento semi – eretto; ha conca piena e guaine ben serrate, saporite, tenere e croccanti. Le caratteristiche intrinseche vengono esaltate in terreni freschi, profondi e di medio impasto. La semina si esegue a spaglio in semenzaio e trapianto a file in pieno campo alle distanze di cm 40/50 tra le file e cm 20 sulle file.

Fennel – Romanesco – Well known for its large, round, compact heart with fine milky white colour. The plant is semi – upright, has a full bulb and tightly packed, flavoursome, tender and crunchy sheath. Its intrinsic characteristics are exalted in fresh, deep and medium – textured soils. Broadcast in seedbed and transplant into open field in rows 40 – 50 cm apart and with distances of 20 cm along the rows.
