Cima di rapa sessantina – Pianta voluminosa e produttiva di facile adattabilità pedoclimatica, si adatta bene alla coltivazione in tutto il territorio nazionale. Si consuma bollita o ripassata in padella, tagliando la pianta al colletto quando le infiorescenze presentano i primi fiori aperti. Si semina in pieno campo alla distanza di cm 40 fra le file e cm 5/6 sulle file.
