Cicoria Catalogna puntarelle a foglia stretta – Varietà con eccellenti caratteristiche organolettiche. Il cespo è molto ramificato, compatto e la parte centrale è costituita dalle puntarelle (germogli) edibili sia crude sia cotte. Si semina
al sud dalla seconda metà di febbraio a tutto agosto, al nord da metà aprile a tutto luglio.

Chicory Catalonia narrow-leaved chicory – Variety with excellent organoleptic characteristics. The head is very branched, compact and the central heart is made up of shoots that can be eaten either cooked or raw. Sow in the south from second half of February through to the end of August, in the north from mid – April to the end of July.
