CAVOLFIORE PALLA DI NEVE

Cavolfiore Palla di neve – Varietà a ciclo precoce; pianta compatta con fogliame ridotto, ben coprente. L’infiorescenza risulta essere di un bel colore bianco candido. Il frutto è compatto, pesante e resistente. Nelle
zone tipiche di coltivazione esalta le proprie caratteristiche organolettiche. Se ne consiglia la semina in semenzaio e successivo trapianto in pieno campo alla distanza di cm. 50 sulle file e cm 60 tra le file.

Cauliflower Snow ball – Early maturing variety; compact plant with small leaves and good foliage cover. The curd is a fine candid white colour. The fruit is tightly packed, heavy and resistant. In typical growing areas, it gives the very best of its organoleptic characteristics. Sow in seedbed then transplant to the open field in rows 60 cm apart and with distances of 50 cm among plants inflorescence along the rows.
