Carciofo Imperial star – Varietà di carciofo a foglie di colore verde-grigio. I capolini, cioè la parte edule, sono grossi con squame carnose di colore violetto e verde. La semina si effettua da febbraio ad aprile in semenzaio e si trapiantano in autunno distanziando le piante 1×1 m.

Artichoke Imperial star – Variety of artichoke with grey – green leaves. The edible heads are large with fleshy purple and green scales. Sow from February to April in seedbed and transplant in the Autumn time with distances of 1 x 1 m between plants.
