Carota Berlicum 2 – Varietà medio tardiva, radice conica di un bel colore rosso arancio, croccante e saporita. Dotata di buona rusticità si adatta indifferentemente ad ogni tipo di terreno purché reso ben soffice con le lavorazioni. Il fogliame è di medio vigore, finemente frastagliato. Si semina in pieno campo a file distanti fra loro cm 30 e cm 2/3 sulla fila.

Carrot Berlicum 2 – Medium – later maturing variety, tapered root with fine orangey – red colour, crisp and flavoursome. Good rusticity, adapts equally well to all types of soil provided it has been softened by hoeing. The foliage is of medium vigour and finely jagged. Sow in the open field in rows 30 cm apart and with 2/3 cm between plants along the row.
