CIMA DI RAPA CENTOVENTINA

Cima di rapa novantina – Varietà tardiva, molto produttiva, nota anche come cima di rapa marzatica. Si tratta di un tipo di rapa di cui si utilizzano le infiorescenze e la parte tenera del fusto con le foglie. Le piante vengono recise 5-10 cm da terra in modo che possa ricacciare altri numerosi getti ascellari dalla base dello stelo. La semina, diretta in pieno campo, si effettua da Settembre a tutto Ottobre in file distanti cm 30 e la raccolta inizia circa 120 giorni dalla semina.

Broccoli raab centoventina – Late maturing variety, very productive, also known as broccoletto or cima di rapa martazica. A kind of turnip whose blooms and the tender part of the stalk with the leaves are edible. Cut the plants 5 – 10 cm from the ground so they can send out further axillary shoots from the base of the stem. Sow directly in the open field from September to late October in rows 30 cm apart and harvest about 4 months later.
