Cicoria variegata di Chioggia – Varietà per orto domestico di importanza primaria: il radicchio è bianco variegato di rosso. Il cespo è di grosse dimensioni pesante e ben serrato. È adatto per colture estive e raccolta autunnale/invernale. Si semina a spaglio in semenzaio a file sul terreno, trapiantando le piantine ottenute o spaziandole a cm. 30×25. Matura in 3/4 mesi dalla semina. È possibile conservarlo per lungo tempo in campo o in luoghi protetti dal gelo.

Chicory variegata from Chioggia – Premium domestic vegetable garden variety: the chicory is white variegated with red. The head is large, heavy and tightly packed. Suitable to summer growing and autumn/winter harvesting. Broadcast in seedbed or sow in rows in the open field, transplanting the seedlings obtained and spacing them 30×25 cm apart. Mature 3-4 months later from sowing. Keeps for a long time in the field or places protected from frost.
