Cavolfiore di Sicilia violetto – Pianta rustica, vigorosa e molto produttiva, produce infiorescenze di un bel colore viola vinato, che vengono tagliate prima dell’apertura fiorale. Gustosissimo, viene consumato comunemente come un cavolfiore. Se ne consiglia il trapianto a pieno campo alla distanza di 60 cm. tra le file e di 50 cm. sulle file.

Cauliflower from Sicily violet – Hardy, vigorous and very productive plant produces a curd with a fine winey-purple colour, to be cut before the flowers open. Extremely tasty, eaten as a cauliflower. For best results, transplant to open field with distances between the rows of 60 cm and 50 cm between plants along the row.
