Indivia scarola verde fiorentina – Ottima selezione del tipo fiorentino, si caratterizza per la resistenza al freddo; cespo di grosse dimensioni e sviluppato, pianta vigorosa, coste croccanti, foglie allungate di colore verde chiaro con cuore bianco e serrato. Si semina o si trapianta da Agosto in avanti per la raccolta di fine novembre ai primi di febbraio, con un investimento ottimale di cm 40×30 tra le file e cm 30 sulla fila.
