Rapa Palla di neve – Varietà rustica a sviluppo vigoroso e fogliame abbondante. La radice, completamente di colore bianco, è di forma rotonda schiacciata ai poli con polpa bianca, spessa, tenera e succosa. Si semina in pieno campo a file distanti fra loro cm 25 e cm 20 sulla fila.
