Cumino – Pianta erbacea annuale che cresce fino a 30 cm di altezza. Molto ramificata con fogliame sottile, produce piccoli fiori bianchi o rosa. In cucina se ne utilizzano i semi per aromatizzare
salsicce, minestre, pane e formaggi.

Cumin – Cumin is an annual herb which grows to 30cm in height on many stems with spindley leaves which form small umbrellas of flowers in white or pink. Used in the kitchen to flavour sausages, soups, breads and cheeses most noteably in Latin America, North Africa, the Middle East and in Indian dishes.
